When will I receive my order confirmation?
You should receive an order confirmation within 10 minutes of placing the order.
How long does shipping take?
We will ship your masks in 3-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation. We are aiming to fulfill all orders within 3 business days.
Where is the product manufactured?
The product is manufactured in Central America and Mexico in facilities where strict World Health Organization biosecurity protocols are in place. All personnel working are in full protective gear in order to prevent further spread of Covid-19.
How often should I wash the mask?
It is best to wash the mask after each day it is worn.
Is there any tips or instructions to washing the masks?
- Machine washing the mask at a high temperature is most effective.
- Using detergent with bleach-like compounds or other active ingredients should be used when washing masks. Those kill microbes more effectively than standard detergents, however, any regular household detergent will be effective.
- After washing the mask, letting it air-dry will be most effective in making sure it is disinfected thoroughly.
